Jay McNabney, CEO
Founder, Hero Program™
As an owner in Krank Golf for over 20 years, Jay's background in business has catapulted him into becoming an integral leader in the golf industry.
Between his philanthropy, passion for our veterans, first responders and charities, and consistent leadership within EFS, Jay enjoys spending time with his (5) grown children and can be found playing a round of golf whenever he can!
Amanda Adams, COO
Amanda has an extensive background in leading teams, CRM and data development, analytics and more.
Between her passions of helping our heroes, philanthropy, and leading our nationwide teams, you can find Amanda spending time on the golf course, raising her two children, and spending time with her animals. *Fun fact: Amanda can sing the entire song, "Ice, Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice!
Audra McNabney, Senior VP
As the Senior Vice President, Audra has developed the Hero Program™ and on-course fundraising, insured programs, and more from the ground-up. Audra has a degree in Criminal Justice from the Lindsay Wilson College, and has single-handedly grown the Hero Program™ in over 12 states. Audra has been with EFS since 2012, and loves helping charities, first responders, and veterans. You can find Audra on the course in her spare time, and spending time with her dogs!
Leslie Bennett,
Executive VP
Graduating from Colorado State University in 2014 with a degree in business marketing, Leslie joined the EFS team in 2015. With a background in marketing, graphic design and business development, Leslie oversees the marketing departments and doubles as the RVP in the Mountain/Desert region for EFS/Hero Program™. In addition to her passions for our charity partners and the Hero Program™, you can find Leslie spending time with her three children and powerlifting in the gym!

Chris Gallagher,
RVP, Mtn/Desert
Chris, a passionate golf enthusiast with a commitment to supporting Veterans and First Responders, utilizes his love for the sport as a platform for charitable endeavors. With nearly three decades of sales and marketing expertise, he is renowned for driving business and achieving successful fundraising outcomes. Chris's unwavering enthusiasm for golf serves as both personal joy and a means to foster connections for charitable advocacy.
Rich Klypka,
RVP, East Coast
Rich has been with EFS since 2018, serving as the RVP for the East Coast. Rich has developed partnerships with the PGA REACH/HOPE programs in NJ, PA, DE, VA, and MD to further the beneficiaries of The Hero Program. Rich joined EFS from the corporate world where he worked for over 35 years with North Jersey Media Group and Greater Media Newspapers. He last served as The Director of Advertising Sales and Circulation at Greater Media. Rich is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University in NY with a BS degree in Physical Education. He is married to Karen, and has two children, Matt and Laura.

David Wills, RVP,
Texas, Gulf/Plains States
David was raised in a family of business owners, went to Ohio State University for a degree in engineering and then started his own business right out of college. Getting married and having a son and a daughter over two years took him to the “safe” route of working for corporate America. For 18 years, David was involved with running some of the largest car dealerships in the USA. Looking to be involved with something larger than himself and really get involved in helping others, EFS has brought a sense of fulfillment, pride and accomplishment that he had once thought was not possible in a career. He has a wife, 3 children, including a Marine Helo Crew Chief and enjoys his two boxers, motocross, boating, golfing and of course Kankin’ It!
